The Valentine fascinator is made out of a black Nile Perchskin with a lovely green metallic tinge. It has been lined in luscious pink yellow raw silk. Note: This type of leather is no longer being produced by the Icelandic tannery.

This hat has been hand blocked over buckram for structure. Entirely hand stitched. Made entirely by Jasmin herself in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.

Irregularities may occur with the scales of the fish skin, this is totally normal. The fish leather was tanned in northern Iceland at a tannery run by geothermal energy.

Free sized. A thin tubular black elastic holds the hat to your head at the nape of the neck and is hidden by your hair. I can change it to white thin tubular elastic at your request.
